Returns & Refunds

All sales are final — we do not issue refunds. That said, we want you in the right fit, so exchanges are welcome on unworn items.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Email us at marisolaswim@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Exchanged items must be unworn and in their original condition — because our swimwear is intimate apparel worn directly against the body, worn items cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons. Ship the original item back to us; once we receive and inspect it, we'll send your replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what your order confirmation shows, email us at marisolaswim@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery — before wearing the item — with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll verify the issue against your order. If confirmed, return the item to us for inspection and we'll send a replacement of the same item or issue store credit. All claims are subject to our inspection and final approval.

A "wrong item" means we shipped a product that differs from your order confirmation. A size or style you selected yourself is not an error and is not eligible — please double-check your selection at checkout.
